Indulge Creamery, a new artisanal ice cream brand founded by hospitality professional Pawan Saluja, has officially entered the Indian market. The brand promises to deliver slow-churned, premium ice creams crafted with high-quality ingredients and a focus on balanced, indulgent flavors.
Saluja, an alumnus of the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and the International Centre for Culinary Arts, Dubai, draws on his global training and family heritage in hospitality to shape this venture. “Indulge Creamery is about creating thoughtfully made ice cream – luxurious, balanced, and satisfying,” he said.
The menu features a mix of classic and innovative flavors, with highlights such as Belgian Chocolate, Cookies Cheesecake, Cream Biscotti, Vegan Dark Chocolate (sugar-free), and Vegan Mango Sorbet (sugar-free). In addition, the brand has introduced a range of Ice Cream Sticks in flavors like Espresso, Vanilla, and Dark Chocolate.
Prepared with 16% butterfat and minimal air incorporation, each scoop offers a dense texture and a slow-melting richness. Premium ingredients, including Belgian couverture chocolate, Sicilian pistachios, and Madagascar vanilla, reinforce the brand’s commitment to quality.
Recognizing the shift in consumer preferences, Indulge Creamery caters to diverse tastes with vegan and sugar-free options alongside its traditional offerings. Prices start at ₹169 and go up to ₹999, making the brand accessible while retaining its premium positioning.
