Vikram Mills eyes stronger growth across hospitality, food processing and rice segments

Vikram Roller Flour Mills Limited (Vikram Mills) is strengthening its presence across hospitality, bakery, food processing and rice supply markets, while also increasing its reach in existing regions and expanding supply into newer markets. The company is focusing on deeper market penetration in existing regions while strengthening supply across newer markets.

Vikram Mills currently manufactures products including Wheat Flour (Atta), White Flour (Maida), Rawa, Semolina (Suji), Broken Wheat (Dalia), Bran (Choker) and Basmati Rice. Over the years, the company has supplied products to businesses including Mother Dairy, Taj Hotels, The Leela, Crowne Plaza, Om Sweets and several other food and hospitality players.

According to industry estimates, demand for premium and standardised flour and rice products has increased steadily with the expansion of the food processing, bakery, hospitality and organised food service sectors. Businesses are also placing greater attention on sourcing quality ingredients as consumer awareness around food safety and nutrition continues to grow.
