19th edition of Anuga Select India and 20th edition of Anuga FoodTec India to be inaugurated in the presence of senior government dignitaries from Germany and the Netherlands
Anuga Select India 2026, the 19th edition, co-located with Anuga FoodTec India 2026, the 20th edition, will open its doors from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, connecting the global food, beverage and food technology ecosystem under one roof. Organised by Koelnmesse Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of the over 100-year-old Koelnmesse GmbH, one of the world’s leading trade fair organisers, the three-day exhibition will bring together over 1,100 exhibitors from 31 countries and 50,000 trade visitors from India and abroad. The show will connect food and beverage manufacturers, global suppliers, importers, exporters, distributors, retailers, HoReCa professionals, technology providers and industry decision-makers.
The Official Inauguration of Anuga FoodTec India and Anuga Select India 2026, scheduled for 29 September 2026, will be graced by senior international dignitaries, including Ms. Martina Englhardt-Kopf, Parliamentary State Secretary, Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity,Germany,and Mr. Silvio Erkens, Minister for Food Security, Fisheries, and Horticulture, Netherlands. Their presence underscores the growing significance of India’s food and agribusiness sector to global trade, arriving at a moment when the recently concluded India-EU Free Trade Agreement and the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) are opening new avenues for market access and cooperation. The 2026 edition is further supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI), Government of India, reaffirming the exhibition’s national significance to India’s food processing and agri-export ecosystem.
Anuga Select India 2026 will showcase key categories including Agrifoods, Dairy, Drinks & Hot Beverages, Fine Foods, Food Service, Organic, and Sweets & Snacks, reflecting the evolving needs of India’s food and beverage retail, HoReCa and foodservice markets.
Running alongside it, Anuga FoodTec India 2026 will showcase technology solutions across the food and beverage value chain, spanning processing machinery and automation, packaging technology and materials, food safety and quality control systems, and cold chain, logistics and storage solutions, together forming a complete view of the food value chain, from technology and production through to finished products and trade.
