The menu offers a diverse array of globally inspired bread-based dishes. The Cacio e Pepe Flatbread brings a classic Italian favourite to life, featuring a flatbread topped with a rich cheese and pepper sauce, donned in lemon zest, and garnished with fresh arugula. The Smoked Bandel Cheese Puffs deliver a burst of flavour, with smoky Bandel cheese complemented by Naati coriander chimichurri and house-made ranch dressing. The Avocado & Smoked Tomato Tartine showcases sourdough toast layered with whipped ricotta, smoky tomato compote, and creamy avocado slices for a delightful combination. For those seeking something heartier, the Goan Chorizo & Pepperoni Pull Apart offers generously stuffed pull-apart bread with spicy Goan chorizo and pepperoni, served alongside a fiery Naga chilli aioli. The Turkish Pide features minced lamb, pickled Bhavnagri chilli, pomegranate molasses, sumac onions, and marinated feta, creating a perfect balance of savoury, tangy, and sweet flavours. Lastly, the Chipotle Chicken Bao, with chipotle chicken, crisp iceberg lettuce, kimchi, and a pop of Popti chilli crisp.
The cocktail menu offers a range of innovative drinks crafted to complement the diverse flavours of the breads. The Rosemary Sunrise features a refreshing mix of bourbon whiskey, cold-pressed orange juice, and fresh rosemary sour mix cordial, garnished with an orange glaze toast. For a light and floral option, the Hibiscus Highball blends gin with homemade hibiscus tea cordial, topped with tonic water. The Toast & Cheese is an indulgent cocktail combining gin, Irish cream, cold brew espresso, fresh cream, and is finished with grated Parmesan cheese. The Guava Picante offers a bold creation with tequila, homemade pink guava, and bird’s eye chilli cordial, served alongside herbed toast. The Barley Sour provides a smooth and earthy experience with roasted barley-infused vodka, homemade lemon cordial, and vegan foam. Lastly, the Banana Bread Old Fashioned delivers a rich and comforting mix of bourbon whiskey, homemade banana syrup, chocolate bitters, and a crispy banana bread garnish.
