Ajay’s, the fast-growing and trusted Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain, proudly celebrates its 10th year anniversary, marking a decade of commitment to providing high-quality and tasty food across Gujarat. With 165 outlets in over 42 cities, Ajay’s has become a go-to destination for those seeking delicious, value-driven meals.

Having begun with a store in Navsari in 2014, Ajay’s opened its first store outside the city in Surat in 2015. It opened its 100th outlet in 2022 and aims to expand its presence multifold in the next two years.

Looking ahead, Ajay’s is gearing up for its next phase of growth, with plans to expand beyond Gujarat into Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Rajasthan by next year. It aims to begin pan-India expansion in 2026. As Ajay’s continues to evolve as a brand, its mission remains the same to spread happiness through good food that’s within everyone’s reach.

Along with transforming the QSR industry, Ajay’s is proud of creating 150+ young and zealous entrepreneurs, who run its franchise outlets. Each store creates 3-4 jobs, which means, the chain has created more than 600 jobs at its stores and more than 175 at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Navsari.

The facility, which includes units for bakery, dairy, and frozen food production, ensures consistency and excellence in every product served at Ajay’s outlets. The company’s robust supply chain and successful franchise model have enabled it to expand rapidly while maintaining its core values of taste, hygiene and value-for-money.

Founded by the Solanki brothers, Jaideep and Ajay, Ajay’s began its journey in Navsari in 2014 with a simple mission to make good food accessible to all. Since then, the brand has grown exponentially, offering hygienic cold coffee, burgers, and pizzas, and setting new standards in the QSR industry. Ajay’s sells more than 20,000 burgers and 15,000 cold coffee cups daily.
