The idea for Aglio originated in the 2020 lockdown when they realized that there were no stand out brands in Mumbai that delivered quality pizzas that worked well in dine-in and delivery. Whether it was the base which was too doughy or heavy or excessive cheese or lack of toppings, there was something amiss in the market and the idea was to create a SIMPLY GOOD PIZZA. Initially named Mozza, the kitchen became an instant hit on Thrive and then moved to online ordering platforms like Swiggy and Zomato and also launched in Pune in 2022.

The special thing about Aglio is in the name. Each pizza and sandwich is topped with a gobsmacking garlic butter and served with a signature garlic chilli oil. The cheese is a special blend of melty mozzarella and cheddar and all pizzas can be catered for a Jain or Vegan audience across all age groups. All the pizza bases are baked fresh which make the pizza light and easy on the stomach and a medium crust which has a crunch with every bite.

The deli sauces are all made in-house and fresh and guarantees freshness. You will be able to taste each component which make these pizzas and sandwiches so great. Try their ‘Waikiki,’ with Grilled Pineapple, Sundried Tomato, Pickled Jalapeno, Onion, Garlic Confit, Cheese And Buffalo Mozzarella.
